fried wonton shrimps

i modified the recipe a bit. its definitely a Chinese dish. well, its not that i love Chinese man recently *cough Luhan cough* that im starting to love Chinese food. its because i always work with Chinese people so i ate a lot of Chinese food in my life hehhehe the recipe below is simple. perfect for family gathering. bet everyone will like it. serve with sauce or maybe mayonnaise :D they all gonna love you!!

Ingredients:
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Shrimp
  • Egg wash to close wrappers
  • bread crumbs 
  • Soy sauce for marinating shrimp
  • Oil for frying

muffin oatmeal



Gawd, Breaking Dawn part 2 is finally here. i cried alot after watching it. its been part of my life for almost 6 years. i grew up reading the books and watch the movies. it just came to me that its finally over and i got teary. at the end of the movie , Bella even show how was the first time she met Edward up until they are married. oh god!!! time flies!!! i do feel like E/B are somehow real. call me crazy but i got addicted with the series. its just so sad that i wont be able to watch them in the big screen . i cried my self to sleep for 2 hours. i feel drained in the morning and i decided to have coffee and muffin for my breakfast. i dont wanna go to the office with my puffy eyes duh. Isabella Marie Swan, I love you!!! u r gonna be forever in my heart. oh if you are loyal readers, u know that im a huge fan of KStew right? :D so, yeahhhh. lets make muffin with Kstew toppers :D

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup oatmeal 1 cup boiling water 
  • Mix and let stand for 20 minutes.
  • 1 1/2 cup brown sugar or less
  • 1/2 cup butter or margaring
  • 2 eggs well beaten
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup raisins
