steamed brownies

I often use this recipe if my relatives had a visit on my home . because its a very easy recipe . plus ,it doesnt use butter (so far for me it is the most expensive ingredient for a beginner) . i've tried so many recipes but this one is the softest and richest brownies i've ever made . its originally miss. Liem's recipe but i changed it a lil bit because the original recipe is too sweet for my liking. So , lets get started :)

ingredients :
6 egss
200 gr granulated sugar
vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1/2 tsp emulsifier
125 gr all purpose flour
50 gr chocolate powder
175 ml cooking oil
100 gr dark cooking chocolate
75 ml condensed milk

step by step:

1. whisk together flour , chocolate powder and salt in a bowl . toss a side.
2. beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy . add emulsifier . then add the flour mixture.
3. add the oil and dark cooking chocolate to the batter and beat it until incorporated.
4. divide the batter into 3 parts . add the condensed milk .
5. steam the 1st part without milk for 10 mins. then add the batter with milk and steam it for another 10 mins and finally, put the rest of the batter without the milk for 20 mins.

tips:

1. put the batter into the pot when it well steamed
2. cover the lid of the steamer pot with cloth
3. u can add cashew ,peanut, or almond to the batter

such an easy recipe !!! feel confused??? have some questions??? leave on the comment section below :)
